What it is: A structured black, red, and grey insole with a rigid plastic cradle under the arch.

 Purpose: Best for running, athletic training, flat feet, and relieving heel pain (plantar fasciitis).

✂️Trimming Instructions: Cut to Your Exact Size

1. Select Your Base Size: Choose your general size range from the dropdown menu above before adding to your cart.

2. Unbox & Match: Once your parcel arrives, take out the new insoles. Remove the original factory insole from your favorite shoe.

3. Trace for Accuracy: Place your old shoe insole directly on top of your new premium insole, aligning the heels perfectly. There are marks for cutting as well on the backside of insole

4. Trim to Perfection: Using a sharp pair of household scissors, carefully cut along the traced line.

5. Insert & Enjoy: Slide the customized insole into your shoe, press down firmly, and step into a world of pain-free comfort!
